My vote for worst male mugshot is Nick Nolte, this is about as bad as it gets:

Didn't this guy win People magazine's "Sexiest Man of the Year" award in 1992? LOL SCARY! He looks like a homeless dude on crack.

My vote for female is Yasmine Bleeth....It's not that the mugshot is so horrible, it's just hilarious that she looks NOTHING like the ridiculously made up/altered, 'pretty' photo of her:

I would have to go for Robert Downey Jr. Cmon, his mug shot when he was all coked out was the best of all time. But hey thats just me.
