Heart memory.
There was a case where a girl had to have heart replacement. She got a donor from another girl who recently died. After a while, the girl kept having horrific nightmares of murder. The heart's original owner had died of murder. The police caught the murderer by tracking down the nightmares the girl with the new heart.
There's proven theories that hearts have memories.
