What's in Taco Bell's food?

I got just a regular taco and this blue stuff was running out my taco what could it be?

I usually only order beans stuffed at taco bell. I don't trust the meat outside.

I heard that they don't use legit meat , like it isn't all beef , that's why I don't eat there
