What's a good workout routine?

I just want to know if anyone knows a strict diet with common and affordable foods i can eat and a full 1 hour workout routine that will give me a flat lower stomach, small inner thighs and reduce the fat under my upper arms. (I do have a gym membership)
 
I think walk is easiest and simple form of work out. you should do it daily because with it you can easily maintain your health and reduce your weight.
