i would have Rampage Jackson from UFC, he originally wanted to be a Wrestler. Any way Rampage would KO make Ali tap or KO him. then Rampage and taker would go at it. taker would put on original Death Valley Vice and Rampage would do his famous Powerbomb.

Not really a fair comparison and not really the best of each sport to put in.

Taker is not fast, not is he very versatile.
Brock Lesnar is far from the best in the UFC
Ali is a legend, no disrespect at all, however, he is suffering from Parkinsons disease.

Although, I think in most cases the UFC fighter would win, as it is a no holds barred style of fighting. Boxing is definately tough, but you dont use your legs, fore arms, head, etc. and wrestling is more for show.
