What would a bruit in the Abdominal Aorta sound like?

with no stethoscope, what would it sound like? because i can hear some noises that, to me, it sounds like my stomach is digesting, but it does it at random times. it is pretty loud, kinda as loud as your stomach growling, but a little quieter.
there is also a pulse right above my belly button and i can feel it from the belly button up to where the ribcage "connects". i can also see it.
