What torrents are safe (Viruses etc)?

I want to download movies and TV shows, and I'm new to this torrents things, so what is the safest torrent to use? Meaning,no viruses etc?

Use thepiratebay.org and download only the files with a pink, blue or any piratebay icon beside the uploaders name. Other may not upload viruses but it's better to be on the safe side.

I've been torrent-ing for almost 5 months. What I can tell is
you have to be wise what to download.

For example, you search "Green Hornet" for movies.
You have to pick the one with the highest seeds.

I use www.thepiratebay.org to torrent movies I like.
