Today I'm starting Jillian micheals Ripped in 30 days & I know that after I get finished with the DVD ill have to continue excersizing to keep the results . But I don't want to workout everyday . Would it be okay if I did some ab workouts 2-3xs a week. I weigh 125 pounds & I'm 5ft even , I got a small layer of fat on my abs though. I just want to keep the fat off.
