Someone please refresh my memory, since I haven't read the books since I was a kid... Thinking about the story of Peter Pan- there was obviously a lot of animosity between Peter and Captain Hook. He was the main villain, after all. I know some of it was because Peter cut off Hook's hand and fed it to the crocodile. But what was the beginning? Why all the hate? What started it all? Can't seem to remember what started the feuding...
