what skateboard deck should i buy? what trucks?

i was thinking an element or an alien workshop.
i was also thinking venture trucks.
but i am open to any other good skateboard decks.
my price range for a deck is 40 or 45 max.
and trucks for around 25
i am willing to pay 75 max for a complete.
im just starting out and just in case i dont get really into skating i dont want to lose alot of money.

because i am about 5'4 and i wear a size 8 shoe.
i wear half cabs.....
