I am going to the U.S. soon as was wondering what phone network I should get? I will be text messaging and calling overseas quite often so would like a network that may have special rates for international calls. But could anyone tell me what the best networks are (in terms of good rates for msgs and calls both for the US and overseas). Is it cheaper to be on contract or prepaid?
