What is this CSD option ($9.99) on my T-Mobile bill!!!?

was looking on my bill and 2 of my numbers have this monthly recurring charge of a csd option that is $9.99! What is this thing? How am I getting charged by this? We recently renewed out plan to less minutes but the price is the same because of this......T-Mobile's customer service couldn't explain what it was unless I gave them my brother's info, but he isn't here.....Help?

CSD is circuit-switched data, something T-Mobile uses for certain data connections along a dedicated channel. The fact that the CRS wouldn't know this strikes me as odd. Somewhere along the way, those two phones made some kind of data or voice connection using this service.

Your brother is going to have to contact them directly to find out why the charges are there.
