I have had a pain {ache} in my legs for about a week now, it started after I walked for like 3 miles, and I rested , but then went walking again, Iv'e checked and cant find any bruises, and it feels like it is on the bone and tissue of my shin, what is it? is it atheritis because my mother has that? thanks x
