What is the name of this Audi TT part?

Hi I was wondering if someone could help me figure out what the name of this part is. I am not sure if it is part of the rear bumper because every time I look up rear bumpers that part is excluded. Please don't direct me to a site that lists a bunch of different parts because that will not help. If you know the name of the part post it, if not please leave. Thank you.

well jesus
it is part of the rear skirt the moulding makes you think it is a separate moulding but it is just he way it is moulded in plastic as most front and rear skirts are these days coloured when purchased so no need to spray it just put it on when it is damaged. so it just this part is damaged you have to purchase the whole of the rear skirt. probably why such a car maybe offered at a price much less than the normal price because the panel is part of the whole rear skirt.
as we know Audi is a prestige car with prestige price tag on it and it's spare parts.
they often get damaged usually as a result of running to a low kerb stone.
