Utorrent refers to a freeware Bitorrent client that was designed for MS windows platform. BitTorrent is the global standard for accessing rich media over the Internet. It is a peer to peer communication protocol. I believe Utorrent is the better of the two. This is because it allows multiple and simultaneous downloads, configurable bandwidth scheduler, Global and per-torrent speed limiting, Quick-resumes interrupted transfers and Trackerless support etc..

I seen many torrents but I dont go using them. I would like to know the basics and what they do.
