What is the best food to feed small dogs?

I mostly feed my dogs a dry dog food i buy from the pet shop and also canned food once and awhile as a treat. They are fed morning and night, one is 3 and the other is only 1. They also get raw chicken scraps if i'm ever making dinner with chicken in it. I'm just wondering if their is anything i could be doing better to have them at their healthiest?

Best food for small dogs:

Rat poison
Antifreeze (must contain ethylene glycol)
Broken glass
Slug pellets

Or better still, save yourself the money and throw the little fucker off a cliff.

To answer the original question, the best thing is to cut the dog's legs off and feed them to it one bit at a time.
