What is the best all-inclusive hotel for singles who want to travel to Cancun?

Me and my cousin want to go to Cancun in late December. Each of our budgets is $2000 each, give or take. We don't want it to be all kids, and we don't want it to be all couples either. Something where we'll have a great time and meet other fun people in the process. I've looked at a lot of hotels and can't seem to find the right one.........
