what does the torrent error " access denied, used by another process" mean?

I am using u torrent and it keeps on giving me this error. I don't open the destination folder, I don't have msn or google desktops and I couldn't find anything useful on their FAQs page.
Could anyone help please?

trying downloading bittorrent or uninstalling utorrent then reinstalling
