I don't really know how to formulate my question. I am looking at different web cameras to buy as I want to start posting videos on Youtube. I would like to buy something under 45 dollars and yet I'd still like to get the clearest image possible. When I compare cameras, I notice that even though some claim to have 1.3 megapixel quality, their video resolution is still 640x480. And then cheaper cameras still say they produce "high quality" 640x480 resolution. Do the megapixels matter much?
