I have a 1993 chevy silverado z71 1500
With a 350 TBI
3 inch body, 33 inch mud terrain tires.

What are some parts or things i can do to make it get a little better MPG

you have some options. you could get:
1. a tornado air booster, http://www.jcwhitney.com/tornado-performance-booster/p2005683.jcwx?filterid=j1

2.cold air intake brand: afe or K&N
3. just get a high flow air filter like something from K&N
4. also driving style also affects your mpg

well let me list some things
Take your tires to stock height
Take the ride height back to stock
New air filter
New fuel filter
New spark plugs
New cap
New wires
New O2 sensor since i'd put $500 that you nor the last owner has changed it (important!)
Wheel alignment
Check your exhaust system and replace if necessary (especially catalytic converter)
from that done you may double your mpg also slow starts, no fast hard acceleration and do no more than 60 mph on the highway and the least amount of stop/go/stop/go/stop that you can find to each of your routes

Only drive it on the highway. Never drive it in the city. That's about as good as it's gonna get for you improving the gas mileage.

Put back on the stock wheels and tires and stay at 55mph on the freeways, slow starts from stop lights, etc. Keep the truck tuned up. Don't use the Air-conditioner....
