Hi all, I just looked at my Dodge's tires. They need replacing NOW. I plan to use this truck to pull a fifth wheel of about 12,000lbs. My miles are almost all highway use..very little offroading and snow use. Lots of hot desert, though, mountains, rain, etc.
I want good quality tires and will pay a premium for them. I have heard MIchelins are a good choice, but need to know for sure. Our safety is paramount.
So..what brand, size, etc is best...in your opinions? My truck's stock tire size is LT245/75-16E
I have heard Michelin LTX M/S is a good tire for my plan of pulling/towing a fiver.
What is the difference in the M/S and the M/S2? Simply marketing or is their really a difference?
