what are these worm/caterpillar things in with my crickets?

they are sort of brown and a bit fuzzy looking. what excactly are they and can my bearded dragon eat them. ive never fed it any because i have no idea what they are but ive got loads in my crickets tank and they are getting on my nerves

give it to it if you want, you do know that they don't just eat crickets they also eat other insects as well
