What are the best settings to calibrate my Samsung UN46c6300?

I want to get the best picture from my LED TV Samsung UN46c6300. The problem that makes it hard is that I have dish network and it uses a coax cable.

You need to upgrade to HD service. No way will a coax cable provide a quality signal to your new tv. You can try an antenna so you get some HD channels.
