What are some meal ideas for boating/fishing?

My family and I are going on an all-day fishing/boating trip over memorial day weekend. I'm in charge of preparing the menu but I'm having a hard time because we're not allowed to bring a grill on board to warm food up/cook on. What are some meal ideas that can be eaten cold or room-temperature besides sandwiches/wraps? Or, does anyone have any ideas of how we can heat up food without a grill?

take some fruit and bread.

Make a chicken salad. It's very tasty and great cold.
Bring left over pizza. Great warm, room temp and cold.
A quiche. Ooooo so yummy cold. NOT room temp.
Snacks: crackers, fruit, cheese
