Were can I buy flavored cigarettes or rolling tobacco?

I hate the new ban in the united states. People under 18 already can't buy cigarettes . The ones who still do don't care if its flavored or not they still smoke. I believe if you are an adult you should be allowed to buy any flavor you want. So with that said. Is there an online place i can be flavored roll up tabbor or cigarettes ?
