Wednesday Night riddles?

I thought I would change it up a bit, thanks to some inspiration from a lunch time game at work.
All you have to do is keep your answers in limerick form...

1. A man living on the ninth floor,
Takes the lift up to only floor four.
Unless it is raining -
When not even straining
He goes all the way to his door.

2.Jack and Jill are both dead! This I say -
For I saw them myself yesterday.
Just a small pool of water
And glass, hints to slaughter.
So tell me what happened, I pray.

3. Little Johnny was quite a bright lad,
The only son Doc Johnson had had,
Now using your brain,
Please try and explain,
How Doc Johnson was not Johnny's dad.
how did I get in the Philippines?

2) They fell and cut their throats on the full glass of water
3) The doctor was his mother

4) As for the limerick
There was a man from Limerick called Chip
Who had some size of a head
