We have burger joints from the US so why don't Taco Bell come to England?

I'd be a regular customer.
We have Old El Paso mexican products in many supermarket shelves and mexican restaurants but I would like the just go over grab a taco or enchillada like I would for fries when I just want to eat a treat I like without paying out 20 quid.
