I'm 17 years old and for the last 2 days i have been waking up dizzy, like the room is slightly moving around me and i cant focus, i try to sit up as slowly as i can, but when i get to an upright position i get vertigo and my head throbs, its really intense for about 1 minute, usually leading to vomiting, a few hours after that, everything seems fake, i cant really describe it, but it sort of feels like a dream, and nothing seems real.
At night time i feel a lot better and i can concentrate, but then i have to go to sleep only to wake up the same way.
Help please?
