I'm interested in getting an iPhone 5 from mobiles.co.uk . It doesn't give me the choice to select this 'Gadget Helpline' . After the first month it charges, it says you can cancel but doesn't state how and I've heard from people and the internet that it is very difficult to cancel. Doesn't anyone know if it possible to not have the helpline in the first place or is it easy to cancel and if so how? It says this on the order summary 'PLUS VIP Gadget Helpline FREE for 1 month (£3.99 a month thereafter, billed 6-monthly in advance & can be cancelled at anytime)'.
