While we don’t know the exact backstory, it sounds like the drunk guy was picked up for DUI. At first, he tries to talk himself out of going to jail. When that doesn’t get him anywhere, he breaks out into Queen’s “Bohemian Rhapsody”.
It turns out, the drunk guy has a great voice. Maybe he doesn’t have a good voice when he’s sober but once he’s had some alcohol, he can give Queen a run for its money.
