I am going to use regional rate boxes instead of flat rate because it saves a lot of money most times. I read about the regional rate boxes usps have( A & B).
The only thing I'm not sure of is this: is it able to be taken to a post office to be shipped out? I plan to pay for the shipping labels via ebay/paypal and put each label on the regional box. I already know the rules about weight and zones, but I read that it can't be brought to the post office, so I'm not sure.
So, to sum it up, after I pay online for a regional shipping label, can I drop it off at the post office without having to pay more AT the office?
*Another note: I already have several of the "regional rate Box B" ready to use. I'm not asking about where to get them as I already have them.
