A device which looks like a pair of sunglasses rests the body's internal clock, researchers from Flinders University, Australia reported. Called the Re-Timer, it is a wearable green light device that emits a soft green light onto the eyes. Professor Leon Lack and team say it can be effective in countering the effects of jet lag, as well as keeping shift workers more alert.
