i live downstairs and had the music on a relatvily low lvl about 15 and she came and knocked on my door asking me to turn off my music because of the vibrations through the floors. (which i politly did)then she proceded back upstairs and they went and were making all these loud stomping noises or what not and i could here them talking. I wrote it down so i have it on record. But should i say something to the landlord?
P.S. i had this at an apartment before but reverse situation which why i chose the downstairs apartment
