Unlocking iPhone 5 that is currently locked to Three 3?

Alright guys so I recently brought a iPhone 5 second hand that is locked to Three.
The problem is that Three in my area is terrible, the connection isnt good at all and I would like to have the iPhone 5 unlocked. I look around on the internet on how much it would cost for a code but the prices are insane! I look at quite a few and they were asking for £119.99. Does anyone know where I can get it unlocked for cheaper or when the prices will go down? or can Three do it for me? Please Help! Thanks

Go to a 3 store and ask them. If it is on a contract then no but if it is bought as pay as you go then you probably can
