Transferring memory on a Samsung D500 phone?

The screen on my D500 broke and i have bought another D500

These phones don't have removable memory cards but i am considering whether it is possible to transplant the memory from one phone to the other by by taking it apart and swapping the relevant pieces.

What part in the phone holds the memory (pictures/video/settings etc)?

Yes, take the four screws off of the back. split the two housing halves apart. You will see the motherboard, disconnect the flex cable form motherboard, take motherboard out, put it in new phone, close back up, done.
