My ports are forwarded, I'm using Bit Tornado, yet my torrents are not going past a few kbps. I have a 9mb downstream and my windows firewall is turned off with DMZ set on this computer's static IP address. My torrents have a bunch of seeds, any reason why they are downloading SO slow? I have disabled UPnP withing bit tornado and it seems it sped it up a bit, but I'm not sure if that was the cause or not.
