hi. i have an '09 kawasaki ninja 250r. i was wondering if i could switch out the front and back tires to thicker ones like the tires on a 500 or 600cc sport bike.
also, what does it mean to lug the engine?

You can't switch the tyres, they won't fit on the rims
Lugging the engine means you are running the revs too low and the engine is chugging along. Its as bad as revving the engine too high, when it comes to longevity.
