I have an appointment with the Dentist at 4pm which is like 1 hour and 15 mins away. I hate goint to the dentist, I hate the scratching noise of that metal pointy thing they put in my mouth and the rubber taste of the gloves that the dentist wears.
How can I not be scared? Because I'm 16 and it is kind of pathetic that I'm still scared of the dentist lol
