i'm planning on opening a lounge. its a place to serve food and drink and a quiet environment. its a place for people to just come and hang around. it'll be a family friendly place so itll be for adults teenagers and kids.. i plan to have comfy furniture (couches chairs) like a livving room but with tables around to eat at, there will be music to listen to, maybe a tv. There would be coffee and breakfast in the morning, lunch and dinner afterwards there will be open mic night on fridays. its mostly a place to wake up or relax at with friends or family. planned hours will be from 8am-8pm I'm trying to add in alcoholic drinks too to attract more people but not sure of a good plan for that.. i'm currently working on getting financially set for it. how successful do you think my idea would be? what should i change/plan/think about adding or taking away. this has been a dream of mine and i want it to be successful.
