Thinking about starting a sports team called Cleveland Clowns?

I was going to start a baseball team called Cleveland clowns and we will dress up like clowns and play baseball...I was wondering how i could start one, where do i go to start one at? We will have a mascot clown that's name is doink and he piledrives little kids.....
I'd love to know where to go to start one though.,..
