The economy in 2012? Predictions?

The economy is getting worse, more inflation happens, an unemployment is at a high. Now in 2012 I turn 18, go to college, time to get a job, health insurance? I keep hearing the worst will happen 2011/2012..
how do you think the economy will be in 2012? Or am I screwed?
