Whenever I try calling anyone my phone call is immediately directed to a voice recording of Telus saying I need to enter my phone number in immediately, but when I enter it they say it's invalid. It's EXTREMELY frustrating since I NEED to make an important phone call. I haven't used Telus for years and I'm under a contract with Koodo. WTF!
