No such thing as one single best. Many tire manufacturers make excellent tires. It is all a matter of what you need for what kind of vehicle and what you are willing to spend as each is better at some things than others.
Totally depends on the car, where ya live and the kind of driving ya do. I have a Silverado and I like Michelin LTX MS. They last for 50K miles. I also like Bridgestones!
