Hi i'm 16 but a late bloomer , on the skinny side but trying to bulk up for the summer, I work out 2-3 times a week (usually 2 because of my laziness), and i run 2 times a week. I try to incorporate 2-3 monster sets in each workout but the rest of my workout would be just regular sets. I have recently began to take Animal Paks and I have been taking Isopure protein shakes and the rtd. Also, I have very busy schedule and it gets me tired all the time.

I am diagnosed with chronic procrastination and laziness so I find it sometimes hard to go to a gym, and when I do I am never really pumped and I have no constant focus. I feel like I could be doing so much more at the gym but usually never have the pump to do it. On some forms, people recommend using a pre workout supplement to fix this problem. I heard that Cellucor makes one of the best supplements, especially with C4. There is also Jack3d, but I have heard people have died from it. I have heard nothing but good reviews on C4 so I want to give it a shot. Also, people say C4 goes best with M5 so I might give that a try. But the thing stopping me is that pre workout supplements have stimulates, which is what gives that pump for a good workout, and some people say it could be bad for my health, being a teenager. And if I am not eligible to be taking pre workout supplements then are there any alternatives for getting pumped at the gym. Also, any tips for teen bodybuilding would be greatly appreciated.

Do you think I am able to be taking pre workout supplements being teenager?
(C4/C4 with M5)
