My Sprint cell phone crashed completely three time; each time was replaced. But this last time there's no chance to extract my contact list.
I found a few important numbers in my call history online. But I learned that a few years ago Sprint got rid of the feature that lets you check your text messaging history online. That leaves me with little to work with. I chatted with customer service; they said I'd have to get the police or a lawyer to call Sprint's corporate security HQ and tell them they need my texting history for court or because someone is sending threatening messages. Only to have the history sent directly to that office.
Is there a way to get that texting history on personal basis alone? This seems like a huge ordeal to go through to get something that belongs to me anyways.
