Something wrong with my 2000 NISSAN MAXIMA NEED HELP!?

So I have a 2000 GXE with about 85k on it, lately its been starting rough with hesitation at times and skips a bit before finally starting up. And also it seems to be running a little loud/slighty higher RPMs and there are some dash lights that stay on, like the TCS Off, ABS, SLIP, lights. If anyone has had this problem before or can point me in the right direction to a solution thatd be most appreciated. Thanks... ive replaced the starter and i still have starting problems.

your timing belt might be off maybe? but that doesnt expain the dash lights.....

bad ground(battery terminal)... pop the hood and check your battery terminals.. you may even have some green blue looking stuff clean it off..
ignition switch might be sticking?
