those same people need to borrow from banks

the poor pay for rich CEO's to go vacationing 5 times a year
sorry but if you earn over 1 million, then live in a smaller house, drive a less expensive car, don't spend thousands on jewellery you dont need

the debt needs to be paid off, and it sure as hell wont be people earning 20 000 a year paying it off

If higher taxes on the part of anyone would go to actually paying off the debt I would say go for it....but I do not believe for one second that such money will be utilized (especially by our current government) for such purposes.
