Had someone use a snake though my toilet. It didn't fix the clog. The guy showed me a bit of mud on the end of the snake and told me my cast iron pipe must of clasped at the 90 under the toilet since the tub and sink drained fine. .A friend suggested we use a snake down the vent from the roof. So we did. It fixed my clog instantly. Is my plumbing system a ticking time bomb or can I go on indefinitely like this?It's kind of hard to take the first guy at his word since he didn't fix it.
