Sims2 Teen style closes every time I open it and I don't know why! ?

Every time I put in the CD in the CD ROM and click on the icon on my desktop it starts to load then immediately says "The Sims 2 SP6 has encountered an error and must close" I have tried to follow the instructions on the help page it provides and everything, I keep restarting my computer I just don't know what to do!! Anyone having this problem or know what to do?!
Okayyy how do I delete some things for more memory?

That happened with mine and i found out that it was because i had too many files and applications on my computer that there wasn't enough memory to load the game. Just try to delete a few applications (e.g Msn Itunes other files) to get enough memory. It says on the back of the box of sims2 how much memory you have to have on your computer. Hope this helps. Get a new graphics card or go to the sims site and look at support.
