should i switch from a droid x to blackberry bold?

i want to switch for the following reasons
- the droid x might as well not have a vibrate, i barely feel it
- i want bbm, really badly
- blackberries have great keyboards
- battery life on this phone is not that great
- droid does alot of nice things, but blackberries do what a phone was originally meant to do best

so is this worth the switch? if youve been in my position did you regret it?
